Founder and C.E.O., Mr. Steven Marsh is the son of a U.S. Air Force pilot/flight instructor and, consequently, was born in Tokyo and spent his formative years in various countries in Asia, Europe and many states in the U.S. Steve has a B.B.A. in accounting and a Juris Doctorate degree from U.S. Universities and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He was trained by 2 of the Big 5 accounting firms and has spent the last 33 years resolving tax problems for people just like you as well as many domestic and foreign businesses. Steve’s professional philosophy has always been that the most important factor in every case is the client’s best interest and he makes sure that your tax resolution and protection from the government agencies is the Number One priority of our company.
Director of Legal Services, Ms. Gloria Morua. Gloria is responsible for making sure that your account is on hold with the tax agencies while we formulate and implement our plan for resolution.
